METHODOLOGY
The objective of this research methods workshop is to familiarize the participant with philosophical perspectives, research models, and methodological strategies and tools for the study of the human dimensions of management and organization. Both quantitative and qualitative research methods are examined to identify their contributions to theory and practice in management. Particular attention is focused on the Internet and its consequences for research on organization behavior and theory.
